Grandfather Marinetti was not only owner but was the chef in our luxurious dining hall. His famous recipes included a boiled meat plate made up of a delicious mixture of meats prepared to just the right point. Son, Luciano, has maintained high standards of service and comfort to his clientele and is fortunate to work alongside his son, Francesco, who continues to carry on the family tradition of quality and cordiality.
